Client
needs are collected and design scoping is done to identify
all requirements and needs. This is done with the client at
no charge.
Design - (...
and all done free of charge to the client!)
A
functional
design specifications / work estimates is created and
supplied to
the
clients free of charge. Each design specification
outlines
detail client requirements and all potential costs to the
client.
The client will approve and authorize the design
specification to
continue the development cycle. The client may end the
development cycle at this point at no charge.
Billable work will not
begin until design specifications are approved and authorized
by the client
Development -
(...and no compensation due from the client)
Once
the design specification is approved by the client, development efforts
will be scheduled and completed. Only work authorized by the client,
outlined in the design specification will be completed. If
additional requirements are identified during development, a
specification addendum is supplied to the client (free of charge).
Development status is communicated to the client during the
this
phase.
Implementation and Verification - (...and no
compensation due from the client!)
The
modification will be installed on the client site…. Clients perform
detail testing and modification verification to ensure all requirements
have been met. Required rework (if any) is done at no charge
to
the client.
Acceptance and Maintenance - (... and only compensate what
you approve!)
The
client will approve the completed work, requesting an invoice
Maintenance and training can be requested on a pay as you go
method. .
